Born in Jersey, the family moved to BeltwayLand (Northern Virginia suburbs of our nation's capital) and remains there today.
Grew up on cul-de-sac full of blue eyed, Catholic Republicans who did not have big government connections -- they were the connections.
Spent thirteen years in the Fairfax County Public Schools.
Matriculated to Pennsyvania State University, Hazleton,
for first two years of college.
Spent following five semesters in University Park,
completing B.A. in Media Stuides from the College of Communications.
A minor in History too.
Interned on Capitol Hill one summer (previous century).
Began working for Gannett Co. Inc. in 2000 and continues to do so.
Part of new media team that supports over thirty newspaper Web sites.
Member of professional, alumni and cultural organizations.
Wife: Erica. She's great.
